the wedding of k&e

These two were married on Mother's Day this year on the beach in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware, and it was an absolutely gloriously joyous occasion. I so enjoyed hanging out with the bride and her three sisters; they had the same close dynamic that I share with mine, so I felt right at home. It was also fun because this couple is gooooorgeous.


So apparently the boys had some issues while getting ready; the belts were all purchased too large, meaning they had to improvise more holes. As far as I know no groomsmen were injured in the making of this wedding. 

The little ringbearer got stage fright halfway down the aisle, sat down, and refused to continue. Love it! 

K wears her emotions all over her face. So lovely!

First dance! 

This is the father-daughter dance, and I just love the joy written all over his face. Also, the reception was held in Salero, and it was amazing. Best wedding food this year. Seriously. I can't stop talking about it. Also, the space is beautiful. Yellow walls!

The little flower girl was the niece, and she wore a dress hand-smocked by the mother of the bride. Lovely, no? 

It's YMCA! The DJ did an excellent job of keeping people moving.
