the wedding of k&l

These two were married in a gorgeous June ceremony at the Heritage Shores Golf Club in Bridgeville, Delaware. It was lovely; every detail was carefully handled and all their friends were in fine form. I shot with a different second shooter than usual: Jeremy Heslop graciously helped me out. It was a blast hanging out with this couple and Jeremy, and I almost wish we could do it all again!


The girls did hair and makeup outside, which made for amazing light.

sneek peak: ten pictures

I'm super-excited about the wedding we shot this past weekend; the pictures are lovely. This is a super-tiny sampling, but I wanted to share just a few before life gets too crazy and I forget.


Her dress was all lace, which was super-fun to shoot since we didn't have to worry about the dread WRINKLES.




The flowergirl was the couple's daughter, and she was adorable! Also full of energy, as evidenced by this picture.


The bride kicked off her shoes literally seconds before she walked down the aisle. I love the randomness of this image.




So simple and lovely. This has to be a favorite.


We did bridesmaids pictures in Kiwanis Park. I love how they all look like wood nymphs here.


I couldn't nail the guys down on where they did pictures. Something like "all over"?
