pregnancy pictures!

I met this absolutely gorgeous couple through mutual friends, and we decided to take some pregnancy pictures and final family portraits before the new baby came in nine days. Yes, you read that right. NINE DAYS. This girl looks amazing! She looks better at nine months pregnant than I ever have in my entire life.
So anyway, we started at their house and then headed down to Roaring Point State Park. It is lovely down there, and the threat of rain had cleared out most people, leaving the beach to us. It was absolutely lovely, and we just took pictures until we realized that the soon-to-be big brother was hungry. There are still more, but these were so gorgeous I had to share them.

On the drive down we found this abandoned house and we had to stop and use it for pictures. Isn't it fabulous?

two hot mammas!

Just before Memorial Day weekend I headed up to Minneapolis Minnesota to take some pregnancy pictures with these two gorgeous ladies and their husbands. They're all friends, and the babies are due only six weeks apart. We spent a day and a half meandering around the city, and it is lovely! I'm sad that I can't be there when the babies are born to take their first pictures, but I'm glad I got to take these photos. I had so many gorgeous images that I'm only including a sampling below; check out the rest of the set here.

first preggo shoot!

So I am way WAY behind on blogging, I know. Seriously--about 3 weddings and who-knows-how-many other shoots? I'm trying to get everything wrapped up before Christmas so everyone has pictures for their cards, etc. I barely have time to eat, much less blog. So I'm going to do a wimp-out post and just give you a link to the sets, instead of posting every picture.
